Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using Traidly. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted Use

You may use Traidly to:

  • Calculate position sizing for your trades
  • Visualize stop-loss and take-profit levels on your charts
  • Journal your trades for personal review
  • Analyze your trading performance
  • Connect your broker to execute trades you choose to make
  • Generate and share trade cards (subject to privacy controls)

2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use Traidly to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Circumvent or bypass any security or access controls
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any part of it
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, insider trading, or wash trading
  • Provide investment advice to others using data from the Service unless you are properly licensed
  • Impersonate Traidly or claim affiliation when none exists
  • Share misleading performance claims using Traidly branding
  • Use the Service in violation of any third-party terms of service, including but not limited to your broker, TradingView, or any other platform you use Traidly with
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service in ways not intended by us
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on intellectual property

3. Trade Cards and Public Sharing

If you choose to make trade cards public or share them on social media, you are responsible for the content shared. You must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about your trading results
  • Use trade cards to solicit others to copy your trades or pay for "signals"
  • Remove or obscure the Traidly watermark
  • Use trade cards in any way that violates securities or advertising laws in your jurisdiction

4. Geographic Restrictions

The Service is not available in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in any such jurisdiction.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@traidly.io.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates this policy, including suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting violations to law enforcement.
