Refund Policy
1. Free Trial
Traidly offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. We encourage you to use the trial to determine whether Traidly meets your needs before making a purchase.
2. Subscription Payments
Traidly Pro is sold as a monthly recurring subscription. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
3. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the initial charge may be considered if the Service did not function as described.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or if the account has been actively used during the billing period.
- Renewals are not refundable once processed. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access to Pro features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@traidly.io within 7 days of the charge, including your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. Disputes
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the merchant of record for all Traidly transactions. If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
